Phillip H. Grimm brings more than 35 years of experience guiding growth-oriented companies through mergers and acquisitions to The Burgess Group as CFO. His track record of success includes Motorola, Bowmar Instrument Corporation, DOD Electronics Corp., Group Bull Information Systems, US Currency Protection Corp, GeoTrax, DxNA, and others. His traditional education, obtained at Brigham Young University was in accounting, economics, and finance. Currently he applies his unique strategic thinking to guiding tactical growth and market recognition for TBG. He is actively engaged in the angel investing community, as the Executive Director for SLC Angels, a Trustee on the Board of the Wayne Brown Institute, and serves in various Board-related capacities. When he does take a break from the business community, he is an avid golfer, skier, boater, and enjoys taking his historic retired military airplane to airshows.
