Case Design Specialist
John has been working in the life insurance industry since 2014 and joined The Burgess Group as their Case Design Specialist in 2024. He previously worked with an insurance brokerage as a senior case designer and most recently as a case design supervisor for the past few years handling multiple associates over two platforms. John works closely with the team to provide product knowledge and illustrative support to help with our clients needs. John currently lives in the Charlotte area of North Carolina with his wife and two children. He grew up in Stratford, CT and graduated from the University of Connecticut with a bachelor’s degree in resource economics. He enjoys going to the beach with his family, hiking, camping and is an avid Nascar and Steelers football fan.
